We moved cross country from California, which is a daunting task in terms of housing. We only had one visit to the area, but Ben showed us around and gave us an honest assessment of all the DC neighborhoods and areas in Montgomery County. We couldn't find a place on our first visit, and being busy professionals were not able to come back again. But our worries were relieved, Ben diligently searched for residences, listened to our needs and really put himself in our shoes giving us the straight answers on the good, and not so good neighborhoods (and advantages/disadvantages of in-betweens). He found the perfect house for us, eliminating a commute, bigger than we thought we could afford with a yard and garage- total bonus.
