I did the Sweets and Kim did the Savoury. This was my first venture into Fondant Cake Decorating. I made the Baby Elephant Topper from Gum Paste, and was thrilled with it. Whit asked for two tiers of double layered cakes. Wow a challenge alright! Unfortunately, I had no idea the top tier needed to be placed on a board and be supported, so ot was lop-sided by the time the party started...
