微縮實驗室 2013年6月14日 星期五 宇宙戰艦艦載機_Cosmo Zero_2/2 1/200 長約8cm 本來儀表板的燈光，要用SMD LED製作，最小的有1x1mm大小，比拉光纖要好用（結果用夜光粉替代），在網拍上有找到，一般的電子材料行卻不容易發現，再找機會試試。 駕駛艙蓋用熱成型的技術，材料取得容易，流程上比較繁瑣些，需要先作個型模去壓出設計的弧形艙蓋，要作的漂亮，還是需要些累積的經驗技巧。 身高只有8mm的駕駛員，未來想做出更多人形出來，利用這次機會作實驗，比想像中容易，以後再實驗量產化的翻模作雛形去改。 造型上有許多細尖物，為了增加玩賞方便，用三秒膠進行塑化，操作時速度要快，用量盡量少，多了會增加厚度，以及會完全變成塑膠亮晶晶的（紙質是平光，反差比太大）。 等朋友年底完成YAMATO後，再去送這「贊助品」囉。 心得：黏劑是白膠時，只能塑，乾後難雕。下次嘗試用漿糊去雕刻看看。 材料清單：120、70gsm影印紙、PET透明杯蓋、爽身粉+白膠(Pilot)、三秒膠、LED、夜光粉 紙片人用三秒膠塑化 爽身粉+白膠堆疊塑形 上色 1/200，站直身高8mm PET透明杯蓋熱烤壓型 儀表板局部塗上夜光劑 引擎的位置加裝LED 電池在底座上，輕壓，後燃器發光 三秒膠加固強化纖細處 7 則留言: 標籤： YAMATO 2013年5月15日 星期三 宇宙戰艦艦載機_Cosmo Zero_1/2 三年前朋友提起要手作長一公尺以上的宇宙戰艦YAMATO，由於他是個手工狂，艦上的每一個部件都堅持要用手工完成（拒絕翻模複製重複性高的小零件），基於實質上的支持，所以允諾完成時將贊助等比例的艦載機_零式的紙模型設計製作。 沒想到利用有限下班後的時間，做了三年，預告年底完工。所以呢，也該準備履行承諾了。 每次進行新的紙模型設計時，總想著要加入什麼樣的新技術作實驗，這次想加入內置光源，也許一開始進行紙模型製作時，只是為了不用上色的省事，用什麼材料其實都不重要，過程而已。 目前進行中的3D素模，1/200比例，預計8.45cm長，除了尾部引擎的燈光，還有儀表板也在考慮用光纖導光過去，駕駛員是否製作出來呢，列入考慮。 貼圖繪...
