Decizia cu privire la Acordul amiabil de soluţionare a cauzei TVR împotriva Republicii Moldova a fost publicată de Curtea Europeană a Drepturilor Omului. Măsura va fi supravegheată de Comitetul Miniştrilor al Consiliului Europei. Televiziunea română a aplicat în 2008 la CEDO o plângere referitoare la retragerea abuzivă, în 2007, a licenţei de utilizare a frecvenţei TVR în Moldova. În 2009, Guvernul României a decis să intervină în cauza TVR împotriva Republicii Moldova. Părţile au convenit, în ianuarie 2013, să soluţioneze amiabil cauza şi au notificat în acest sens CEDO. V...
