Tak ada mendung di matanya. Entah apa yang dipikirkan. Cuaca malam itu sejuk sekali. Sesekali ia menengadah ke atas, ke langit malam. Nampak beberapa bintang terang tersenyum, ditemani awan-awan tipis berkejaran yang sesekali menutupi senyum manis bintang-bintang, menambah manis senyuman itu. Kembali ia menarik nafas, kali ini lebih dalam. Kemudian ia merebahkan diri diatas rumput yang sejak tadi ia duduki, menyilangkan kedua tangannya dibelakang kepala sebagai bantal, kakinya disilangkan juga, kaki kanan di atas kaki kirinya. Kembali ia menarik nafas. Seakan hanya ia sendiri saat itu yang paling nelangsa di dunia ini.
