Se realizó un estudio para analizar el tema de mobbing y los datos obtenidos por el investigador de la Universidad de Guadalajara (UdeG), Manuel Pando Moreno, manifestó que entre 7% y 8% de los trabajadores mexicanos han sido víctimas de mobbing o acoso laboral. Mencionó que en las empresas u organizaciones pueden haber muchas formas de violencia, “por fortuna la violencia física en las organizaciones prácticamente no existe, pero la violencia psicológica sí”.
