Prof Rizali Hadi yang setiap tahun melanglang buana entah keperluan pribadi maupun perjalanan dinas, menceritakan soal nasi di Eropa maupun di Asia. Saya lebih menyimak bagaimana cita rasa nasi yang sangat lezat di Jepang “benar-benar berkualitas” kata beliau. Jangan lupa, jika Jepang selama ini dalam pandangan umum lebih dominan dengan teknologi, sebenarnya Jepang tidak meninggalkan jati dirinya sebagai negara agraris. “Nasi di Jepang justru dari beras atau padi organis” terang beliau.
