庄祷融 政情流露 skip to main | skip to sidebar 庄祷融 政情流露 2010年12月22日星期三 展望2011，善待人才，重用人才，国家才不被看扁。 从 1955 年开始，马来亚的马来人、华人、印度人就共同 为争取独立而奋斗。独立后，联盟政府 也不松懈， 1963 年沙巴 与砂拉 越加盟组成马来西亚。 513 事件后，国阵政府励精图治，带领人民安全渡过种族内乱危机，也走过 20 世纪 80 年代与 9 0 年代的全球经济衰退和亚洲金融风暴冲击。 我国天然资源丰富，各民族勤劳耐苦，教育普及 ，福利与卫生设备周详，基本设施也四通八达。政府也建设了许多让国人引以为荣的地标，如 KLIA 国际机场、槟威大桥、南北大道、双峰塔 、布城等。 我们也有许多勉人励己 ，振奋民心的口号如 Setia, Kerana Mu Malaysia, Cemerlang Gemilang Terbilang, Satu Malaysia, 其中最家喻户晓的是 Wawasan 2020 。 当然，我们还有遍布全国各地的‘走廊’ (Corridor) 东南西北都有！ 然而，不要 谈远的，就是最靠近我国的星加坡人，就是看不起马来西亚！为什么？因为马来西亚什么都有，就是没有人才！ 这真的没有错。要不然，首相纳吉怎会要设立一个专才机构（ Talent Corporation ），鼓励并吸纳回流专才？ 有人说，我国从印尼，菲律宾输入庸才，但向星加坡、中国、澳洲输出人才。这一点也没错，许多 SPM 考获 10A ，在 STPM 考获 4A 的学生都被邻国星加坡的人才吸收机‘吸 ’去了。有学位，有奖金，有就业保障。应了一句 ‘此处不留人，自有留人处 ’。 我今年 11 月去了一趟澳洲，到处是马来西亚人。他们大学毕业后都不想回马来西亚，情愿在那儿半工半深造。 《高清三国》中，曹操说乱世中有人抢城池，有人抢财富，有人抢爵位，但最重要还是抢人才。 再过几天就要跟 2010 说再见，展望 2010 ，但愿纳吉言而有信 ，言出必行 ，以绩效与表现选贤与能，招揽人才，发掘人才之际也要留住人才，重用人才。 这样马来西亚才不会被看扁！ Posted by 庄祷融 at ...
