Antarctica Antarctica The National Science Foundation, Office of Polar Programs, has awarded DAVID RUTH one of this season's Artists and Writers grants for travel to Antarctica. The project, studying ice textures and forms, will take place at Palmer Station, Antarctica from November 16th to December 23, 2006.
