(بخارى:2492) ترجمه: ابو هریره می گوید: نبی اکرم فرمود: «اگر کسی، سهم خود را در برده ای مشترک، آزاد نمود، باید سهم شریک خود را از مال خود، آزاد نماید. واگر مالی در بساط نداشت، غلام را به قیمت عادلانه ای قیمت گذاری کنند. سپس از او بخواهند (تا برای پرداخت سهم شریک) تلاش نماید، به گونه ای که برایش دشوار نباشد».
