DE-NZ Seiten Startseite Stationen Dienstag, 3. Juli 2012 Well done. Dies ist nun der letzte Eintrag nach ca. 11 Monaten in Neuseeland. Eine sehr schöne und interessante Zeit geht zu Ende. Doch bevor es zurück nach Deutschland geht warten noch Malaysia, Singapur und Indonesien für insgesamt einen Monat auf uns. Diesmal aber ohne Blog. Juni 2012 Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Wonderland (Waikato) Das Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Wonderland ist, wie der Name bereits vermuten lässt, so etwas wie ein Disneyland für Berufs- und Hobbygeologen. Jeden Tag wird hier pünktlich 10:15 AM der Lady-Knox-Geysir mit Seife zum Ausbruch gebracht. Angeblich kann dieser eine Höhe von bis zu 20 Metern erreichen. ...bei unserem Besuch waren es vielleicht 6 Meter... Der Rest des Parks war äußerst interessant und farbenfroh. Schlammpool ...
