Tags: japanese food , Kuliner , sashimi 5 comments Sashimi adalah daging ikan yang diiris tipis2 dan disajikan apa adanya alias mentah. Biasanya sashimi merupakan sajian pembuka dalam makanan jepang. Tapi, terkadang juga sebagai makanan utama, dengan nasi dan miso soup yang dihidangkan secara terpisah. Sashimi dihidangkan dengan saus shoyu dan wasabi. Cara makannya, siapkan shoyu dalam mangkuk kecil,campur dengan wasabi secukupnya, kemudian celup sashimi kedalamnya dan siap untuk dimakan. Perlu diperhatikan, wasabi ini punya rasa yang keras di hidung, jadi lebih baik jangan banyak2. Ikan yang biasa digunakan untuk sashimi antara lain: Sake (Salmon), Ebi (Udang), Maguro (tuna), Tako (Cumi) dan lain2. Yang jelas dagingnya harus masih fresh. hmm..sounds delicious bukan.. Bagi orang Indonesia yang notabene tidak terbiasa dengan hal-ha...
