-我的部落格- skip to main | skip to sidebar -我的部落格- Thursday, August 12, 2010 發洩 最近我發現自己很喜歡駡人。。星期一罵了跆拳道的朋友。。今天又罵了我的life saving學生。。 原本只有8名學生的。。昨天突然閒加了5位新學生。。變成了13個學生。。 今天教了他們Rope Throwing。。是一個Timing event。。 在以前的我做這個時會很擔心，很趕，不要做錯，想把Victim救到。。 今天，既然有學生很輕鬆的在收繩子，然後慢慢的丟給victim，victim拿不到時既然還說:“喂！你不會拿的咩？” 我明明在briefing時告訴他們這是timing event,一分鐘内要救到victim，他還很輕鬆的慢慢笑，開玩笑。。他有沒有在聼？別的學員都做得很不錯，繩子丟不到就快點收回來再丟過。。他們丟不到我不會生氣。。因爲他們盡力了，但那幾個呢？嘻嘻哈哈的開玩笑。。 大哥啊大哥。。你們在學當一名救生員咧。。我第一天已經告訴你們了。。你們會游泳是你們的事。。你們會游泳是個good swimmer你不是一個good life saver。。你們那麽更就別進我的班。。我要教那些想學的學生。。請別騷擾我其他的學生。。而且。。品格很重要。。你讀到那麽高了，那麽簡單的英文你都跟不到。。你讀那麽高來做什麽？ 你們如果還以爲你們很好的話，我真得會趕你們出去。。 而且告訴你們一個東西，你們游泳都不是好到哪裏而已！！ 別把自己看到那麽更，這裡更的人還很多！！ 我有我的原則，我在班時請尊重我，也請serious。。上完課後我們可以嘻嘻哈哈的，但不是在class裏。。這樣你們學不到東西。。 我要我的學生除了skill好之外，品格也要好。。 做不到沒關係，最重要盡力了。。能做到可是又亂亂來，驕傲的，我寧願不要。。 你們pass過後，人家的性命就在你們的手中了，我不想你們以後害到人家，也害到自己。。 請你們好好想吧。。如果你們還是這樣的話。。對不起。。請你們另請高明。。 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 這裡還要加一句 ： “一個好的領袖會顧慮到他的屬下所面對的問題，僅他的能力去幫他們。。...
