Such self-doubt is perfectly natural whether you are a classroom teacher or curriculum leader, however it shouldn’t detract from the fact that I have the pleasure of working with a fantastic team of Geography teachers, whose everyday teaching is excellent and who go beyond (like so many others do) the call of duty to support their students.
