Mod de preparare: se toarnă laptele rece peste făina  amestecând într-una sa nu se facă cocoloașe. Se adaugă zaharul si vanilia. Se pune pe foc,amestecând mereu,iar când începe sa fiarbă se ia de pe foc si se adauga untul. După ce a mai pierdut din caldura se pun, gălbenușurile, pe rând si la urma albușurile bătute spuma amestecând ușor. Se toarnă compoziția intr-o forma rezistenta la foc,unsa cu unt,se netezește cu lama cuțitului si se crestezi deasupra. Se da la cuptor la foc potrivit. După o jumătate de ora când sufleul este crescut se presară puțin zahăr pisat deasupra. Se mai lasa 10 minute pana se topește zaharul si seservește imediat  ...
