Bukan masakan yang wah, yang mengalahkan rasa olahan koki restoran mewah. Saya juga tidak akan bilang masakan Mama paling enak sedunia. Tapi toh pada akhirnya tulisan ini akan tetap jadi tulisan yang membanggakannya. Mama bukan ibu rumah tangga yang rajin memasak berjuta jenis makanan. Mama tidak kenal cookpad, hanya buku resep yang ditulis tangan, mungkin bekalnya berumah tangga dan merantau. Hanya menu-menu yang dipelajari dari ibunya, dipadukan dengan mana yang mau ditelan anaknya, yang akhirnya jadi cuma itu-itu saja. Tapi toh saya akan merasa masakan saya gagal ...
