Doodle Bug Doodle Bug Friday, July 15, 2011 Taco's!!! I have been craving taco's ALLL week long and guess what we had for dinner today?! TACO'S! I was a VERY happy camper! I made my perfect taco and ate it with gladness:) My perfect taco is on a freshly baked tortilla with a thin layer of beans to hold everything in place, then you add the beef and spread it evenly so that you don't get random bites of JUST meat, next you add the cheese:) spread the cheese evenly over the meat and add as much as you want(you can never have to much cheese!), then you add the beans(the beans at the beginning were just to hold the meat in place) the beans MUST be added at the top because it melts the cheese:), finally after closing the taco you put one more thin layer of beans on top, sprinkle on a little more cheese then put a small handful of lettuce on top.
