Doyle Caribbean Skip to content Dedicated to building the finest, most durable and technologically advanced sails possible, DOYLE Caribbean is the sailmaker of choice for both the hardworking charter boats and intrepid cruisers. There are a number of factors differentiating us from the competition with the most important being the materials we use, and that all of the principals of Doyle Caribbean live, work and sail in the environment in which our sails need to perform. We see ours and everyone else's sails in our repair facilities and it is these observations which have lead to the development of our Offshore and Coastal Plus sails. Fabric is the greatest determinant of longevity, both the quality of the fiber and geometry of the weave, and we have worked for almost thirty years developing fabrics which will withstand the UV we experience in the tropics and better hold a designed shape in tradewind conditions.
