Dulmina tündérkonyhája Dulmina tündérkonyhája 2018. december 2., vasárnap Adventi "sütikalendárium" Ezt készítettem magamnak, a nyugodtabb ünnepek jegyében. Nem közvetlenül karácsonyra szoktam csak sütni, hanem egész decemberben folyamatosan van itthon valamilyen télies hangulatú keksz, aprósütemény. Sokkal nagyobb kedvvel fogok hozzá egy-egy ilyen elkészítéséhez, ha már nem kell időt töltenem az előkészítéssel. Előzetes lépések: 1.) Egy esős napon tisztítottunk nagyobb mennyiségű diót. 2.) Megbeszéltük, milyen süteményeket szeretnénk az ünnepi időszakban. (Zömmel a régi, bevált kedvencekből válogattunk.) 3.) Az alapanyag-szükséglet figyelembe vételével megejtettük a nagybevásárlást a cukrászdiszkontban. Maga a "kalendárium" elkészítése: 4.) Kikerestem a pontos recepteket. Kiírtam kis cetlikre a hozzávalókat úgy, hogy az egyik oldalra kerüljenek az előre összekészíthető száraz alapanyagok (lisztek, sütőpor / szódabikarbóna, cukor, fűszerek, darált dió stb.), a másik old...
