Κουζινολαγνεία Κουζινολαγνεία Σάββατο, Απριλίου 01, 2017 Ο καλοφαγάς της ειλικρίνειας Μια φορά και έναν καιρό είχε δημιουργηθεί μία ιστοσελίδα όπου καλοφαγάδες μπορούσαν να πούν τη γνώμη τους για τα μέρη που φάγανε καλά. Να περιγράψουν το μαγαζί, τη διακόσμηση, τη πρόσβαση αλλα κυρίως να πούν το κάτι τι τους για τα πιάτα, τις γεύσεις, τις μυρωδιές, το συναίσθημα που προκλήθηκε τρώγοντας τα συγκεκριμμένα φαγητά και τελικα να σχολιάσουν και για τις τιμές, αν δλδ, ήταν έντιμες ή παράλογες. Τα μέρη που πήγαιναν ήταν στην Αττική μόνο και ήταν απο φαγητό στο χέρι μέχρι πανάκριβα εστιατόρια διεθνούς φήμης. Το ωραίο ήταν που ο κάθε ένας επισκέπτης του εστιατορίου, προσέθετε και το δικό του ίχνος στη περιγραφή και έτσι όσοι ήθελαν να πάνε στο μαγαζί αυτο, διάβαζαν τις κριτικές και αποφάσιζαν. Οι περιγραφές ήταν ευγενικές, χωρίς δεικτικά σχόλια, βρισιές και αγένειες, αυτό που ήταν να το πούν, το έλεγαν. Κατά τη γνώμη μου αυτή η πρωτότυπη ιδέα ήταν πολύτιμη για όσους σκόπευαν να πάνε ...
