Ένα λάθος που νομίζω κάνουμε πάρα πολλοί, όταν διαλύεται μια σχέση στη ζωή μας, είτε ερωτική είτε φιλική, είναι να ερμηνεύουμε όλα τα προηγούμενα χρόνια αυτής της σχέσης, μέσα από το πρίσμα των συναισθημάτων που έχουμε κατά τη διάλυση της. Από τα 25 και μετά και εντονότερα από τα 30, θα δεις πολλές καλές φιλίες και σχέσεις να διαλύονται. Ο συχνότερος λόγος που έχω συνειδητοποιήσει ότι αυτό συμβαίνει, είναι η απόκλιση στο δρόμο που ακολουθεί ο καθένας. Οι άνθρωποι αλλάζουμε και πολλές φορές τραβάμε προς διαφορετικές κατευθύνσεις. Αυτό όταν είσαι μέσα στη σχέση δεν είναι πάντοτε ευδιάκριτο. Η απόκλιση μπορεί να εκφραστεί με άλλες μορφές, συχνά τοξικές, που μπορεί να αφήσουν μια ιδιαίτερα πικρή ή ξινή σχέση για μια σχέση που στο παρελθόν ήταν τόσο γλυκιά.
