The tools and software are typically not described in depth as part of research articles but are equally important. These tools and software are of potential value to the embedded systems community. Making tools open source and publishing them as artifacts can enable other researchers to leverage them in their own research. Overall, a strong ecosystem of tools will enrich research for the embedded systems community.
