ezHelp PC 원격지원 서비스(ezHelpID::443) 고객접속 프로그램 Close 고객 접속 프로그램 버튼을 클릭하여 프로그램을 실행한 후 접속방식에 따라 진행해주세요. 프로그램 실행 시 ‘알수 없는 게시자’ 오류 조치법 Close 1. 프로그램 실행 오류 상담원으로부터 접속코드 또는 상담원 번호를 확인 후 프로그램을 열기(또는 실행) 하였을때 발생 (윈도우 XP는 보안패치 종료로 발생하는 오류임) 2. 프로그램 실행 방법 프로그램을 바로 실행하지 말고, 바탕화면 또는 특정 저장 후 해당 프로그램을 실행하면 정상적으로 실행 스마트스크린에서 다운로드/실행이 차단되는 경우 Close 우분투 환경에서 원격하기 Close ⊙ 접속코드 입력 후 사용방법 - 파이어폭스브라우저 Close 상담원으로 부터 안내받은 접속코드 6자리를 입력한 후 확인 버튼을 클릭합니다. 화면 중앙에 다운로드 받을 파일이 표시됩니다. 파일저장 버튼을 클릭합니다. 화면 우상단에 다운로드 받을 파일이 표시됩니다. 표시된 파일을 클릭하면 프로그램이 실행되어 상담원과 원격접속이 시작됩니다. ezHelp PC 원격지원 서비스 원격지원 서비스를 이용하려면 원격지원 서비스를 이용하려면 ActiveX 또는 고객접속 프로그램을 설치하여야 합니다. 상담원이 원격지원 중 원격 PC의 키보드와 마우스 제어를 할 수 있으며 필요에 따라 백신 검사를 수행할 수 있습니다. 원격지원 중 장애 해결과 무관하게 원격 PC의 정보와 개인정보는 일체 저장하거나 요구하지 않습니다. 위 유의사항을 이해하였으며 동의합니다. 동의하기 원격지원 접속페이지로 변경됩니다. 서비스 이용방법 본 서비스는 고객님의 지원 요청에 따라 상담원이 직접 고객님의 PC에 접속하여 문제를 해결해드리는 서비스입니다. 먼저 고객지원센터로 전화하신 후 상담원의 안내에 따라 상담원 번호 아이콘 또는 접속코드(6자리) 입력 후...
