Fischer vom Dorf Baoût im Saloum, Senegal (Foto: Michael Hauri) Das wären «faire Fische» In der Fischerei wollen wir, dass Fische nur kurz im Fanggerät sind (max 30 Minuten), dass sie ausserhalb des Wassers sofort betäubt und getötet werden, dass Beschäftigte in Fischerei, Verarbeitung und Handel fair bezahlt werden, dass der Lebensraum der Fische und der Fischer/innen geschont wird. In unserem Projekt im Senegal haben wir das Beispiel hierfür gesetzt. In der Aquakultur wollen wir, dass Fische ihr ganzes Leben unter ihrer Art gemässen Bedingungen verbringen, dass Beschäftigte in Fischzucht, Verarbeitung und Handel fair bezahlt werden, dass die Umwelt geschont wird.
