My WalFart lentils are all covered with skin… I didn’t know they were such a pretty yellow underneath! We lentil soup for dinner tonight… perfect for this cold weather. Not so guilty. Yet. We have yet to see Ye Olde Temperamental Intestine thinks of it. Not so perfect for cold weather, but a comfort food, nonetheless, is Homemade Cherry Cordial ice cream.
