前往財務自由 前往財務自由 2017年10月9日 星期一 辭工獲加薪? 青年呻唔走都唔加 ! 【晴報專訊】加薪「留人」,是不少企業常見做法。有打工仔自言在同一公司工作5年,由於經常OT及工作壓力大而辭職,但老闆提出加薪逾20%,令事主心大心細,並慨嘆「唔辭職都唔加人工」。有學者表示,部分中小企的加薪機制欠完善,長遠或難留住人才。 部分老闆平日對員工的升職或加薪,可能「闊佬懶理」。有網民指任職的公司工作量多、經常要OT及趕「死綫」 ,壓力大至需要求醫,惟公司每年加薪只有約1%左右,於是「扚起心肝」轉工。但當事主遞信辭職時,竟獲僱主提出加薪逾2成挽留。事主在帖文指,「其實我真係好心動,但一諗到之後要繼續過番呢種生活,就決定跳出去,但我有時又會諗,咁樣做是否好唔理智。」 有網民指, 部分老闆「見你唔出聲就用到你盡」 ,惟有靠員工努力爭取,或是「跳草裙舞」才可迫使僱主加薪。有過來人指,基於忠誠度的考慮,遞信辭職後不會再考慮留下,避免日後僱主「秋後算帳」。亦有人坦言工作太勞累至要看醫生,不如早些轉工好了。 不加薪或致人才流失 盈力僱員服務顧問首席顧問孫立民指,事主應考慮加薪幅度是否可補償工作量及壓力問題,借機會向僱主商議減少工作量才是上策。「因事主要離職的主因並非為錢,而是工作量及壓力。」 他相信事主的僱主是「刻薄型」,平日「用到員工盡」,明知員工薪酬偏低仍不加薪,最終導致人才流失。 至於員工面對僱主挽留,要考慮甚麼因素?孫立民說,打工仔應思考該公司的前景,自己在該公司的發展機會,以及在公司的能力排位。「若自知在梯隊上排第1及第2,下1位升職便是自己,可考慮留低。」 部分中小企機制不完善 嶺南大學人力資源管理和企業行為碩士課程主任林敬新博士則指,部分中小企的加薪機制不太完善,往往要在遇上突發事件,如有員工辭職,才調整薪金。「這些中小企多數是年尾才加人工或派花紅,見行家咁做才有意識去做。」 林敬新續指,事主考慮是否留下的因素,包括公司發展潛力、規模及僱主的看法等。「有些僱主會認為加薪少少,便要求僱員要付出多一倍工作量,即使員工答應留下,最後也難長做。」 https://hk.news.yahoo.com/%E8%BE%AD%E5%B7%A5%E7%8D%B2%E5%8A%A0%E8%96%AA2%E6%88%90%E6%8C%...
