A Fighter's Life | Just another WordPress.com site A Fighter's Life Just another WordPress.com site Budino al miele con le fragole leave a comment » Ingredienti: 1/2 l di latte di soia alla vaniglia 3 cucchiai di miele di acacia 35 g di amido di mais 1/2 scorza di limone bio grattugiata fragole Preparazione:   Diluire l’amido nel latte, facendo attenzione che non rimangano dei grumi. Scaldare mescolando, quando caldo aggiungere del miele e lasciar sciogliere. Togliere dal fuoco, aggiungere la scorza di limone, ed infine versare il composto negli stampi. Aspettare finchè si raffreddi, poi disporre in frigo per 4 ore. Tagliare a spicchi le fragole, una parte frullatela per ottenere una salsina con cui ricoprire il budino, una parte invece la terrete per decorarlo.
