We had a nice conversation about how God gives them a chance to choose Christ after they die. As I considered why someone needs to choose Christ on Earth or after Earth-life, I realized that it really all boils down to choosing self or others. God’s work is to help others. If we want to be a part of that work then we can choose to do so. However, we can also choose to be selfish. And it seems like sin comes from selfishness. Thinking of the 10 commandments they all guard against areas of selfishness. Thinking about what Christ taught, he was teaching to love others.
