Foole's No Man's Land Foole's No Man's Land Explorations on the margins of law and politics Tuesday, January 12, 2016 On Elections in Volatile States I had the honor of participating in a panel event on the theme of Elections in Volatile States at the City College of New York a few weeks ago. CCNY's Nick Smith organized the event (yeah IDRF class of 2009!) and Zachariah Mampilly and Chris Day  (yeah USIP Jennings Randolph class of 2010!) also provided commentary. We're now a couple of weeks out from the first-round of presidential elections in CAR and so far things seem to be holding together. Many of the points raised by the discussion remain pertinent, and you can watch it here .
