As we read the passage from his writings in today’s Office of Readings, I was struck by what he says regarding the incarnation of Our Lord. He says, “That the Creator is in his creature and God is in the flesh brings dignity to man without dishonor to him who made him.” In simple English, that means that our Creator (God) became a creature (man).
