There is no doubt that I would NOT have watched Let It Be this year if I had not watched, and enjoyed immensely, Get Back the magisterial Peter Jackson remastering, and re-editing of 56 hours of the original source material for Let It Be. This was clearly a labour of love by someone who was not only a Beatles fan but also fascinated by what was actually captured on film and tape back in January 1969 and what it might (does!) reveal about the Beatles creative process.
