الكويت حرة الكويت حرة Skip to content Home About ضربني وبكى ، سبقني واشتكى Posted on August 15, 2007 | 3 comments 1965 تجنيس سياسي و تغيير تركيبة الناخبين. 1967 تزوير الإنتخابات. 1976 حل مجلس الأمة حل غير دستوري و تشكيل لجنة تنقيح الدستور. 1981 تغيير الدوائر من 10 إلى 25 وتقسيم الكويت إلى طوائف وقبائل. 1986 حل مجلس الأمة حل غير دستوري و الإتيان بالمجلس الوطني. إن البعض يقول أن سبب تعطيل التنمية هو مجلس الأمة، و هو سبب ما حصل للكويت من تأخر وتراجع. و أجد نفسي متفقاً مع من يقول هذا الكلام بنسبة كبيرة، فبعد كل المحاولات السابقة لوئد سلطة الأمة، كان لابد من نجاح الخطة وجعل مجلس الأمة مجلساً لإسقاط القروض و توزيع المكافآت و محاربة (ستار أكاديمي). إن حسبه الخراب و الفساد سهله وبسيطه، فالحكومة ما عليها إلا أن تتوقف عن تأدية عملها على النحو المطلوب، فيجد المواطن حياته باتت أصعب (معاملاته معطلة، عدم المساواة في الفرص … الخ)، فيأتي المرشح ويعد المواطن بأن يسهل حياته (تخليص معاملات و واسطات … الخ)، ثم تأتي الحكومه وتعد المرشح بأن تخلص معاملات نا...
