Die Vorschriften gelten entsprechend für Kältenetze und Kältespeicher (§§ 21 und 25 KWKG 2017). Zur Umsetzung der im KWKG 2017 geforderten „…Darlegung anhand geeigneter Nachweise, dass die beantragte Zuschlagzahlung für die Wirtschaftlichkeit des Vorhabens erforderlich ist,…“ (§ 20 Abs. 1 S. 2 Nr. 2 KWKG) erarbeitete der AGFW in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem BAFA und den AGFW-Expertenkreisen „Stadtentwicklung“, „Energiewirtschaft Europa“ und „Recht“ ein von allen Seiten gewünschtes, vereinfachtes Verfahren für den entsprechenden Nachweis.
