I’ll be there for the next 7 weeks, working for the AG’s office and preparing Selkie, our 11.5 m sailing yacht. We will be taking part in the 2010 Swiftsure race, from Victoria, B.C., on Memorial Day weekend. Richard Bigley and other crew will join me from Olympia, and Fa will be flying in to Victoria for the race (Patria will take care of Ginny and Hank while we’re gone). After Swiftsure, Fa and I, and possibly other crew, will sail to Hawaii. We expect the passage to take 3 weeks. From there we’ll sail to Samoa, another (hopefully) 3 week passage.
