Daca esti atat de nervos incat iti vine sa spargi, sa trantesti ceva sau sa lovesti in stanga si in dreapta, poti sa o faci pentru ca dupa aceea o sa te simti mult mai bine. Adevar:   Mai bine nu.  Chestia asta nu o sa te ajute si cu siguranta nu te va face sa simti mai putina furie, ba dimpotriva, spun psihologii . De fapt, mai degraba te face sa vrei sa te descarci de fiecare data cand te enervezi pe ceva sau pe cineva.  Explicatia e una simpla: oamenii isi formeaza obiceiuri si au tendinta de a perpetua actiuni care ii fac sa se simta bine. De aceea, este foarte probabil sa simti si mai multa furie pe viitor.  Furia creeaza dependenta, si a te lasa purtat de ea in ideea ca o sa te simti  mai bine e ca si cum ai incerca sa te lasi de baut continuand sa bei.
