We both love the name Zoey (hence the name of the blog) which means "life" and have picked that name for our little girl-to-be. Thank you all for standing by us and continuing to ask us questions. A few weeks ago we were contacted by CAS, Carolina Adoption Services, to let us know that we need to update our file. When we completed our mountain of paperwork last June we had been advised that an update would be needed at the one-year mark. What we find hard to grasp is that it has been just about a full year.
