Purpose Maybe you're cooking a meal for a gluten-free friend who just had a baby; maybe you're having a gluten-free friend over for dinner - hopefully these recipes will help. Brands are VERY important as not all brands of ingredients are gluten free. I will try to be very specific so you know what is safe and what isn't. Lots of meals don't require a trip to a specialty store, others do, so I'll try to label those recipes accordingly. *Also you may want to inquire whether your friend is super sensitive to gluten and can't tolerate food that may have been made on equipment that handles wheat.
