(older news items here ) I co-organized the 2025 New England Symposium on Statistics in Sports (NESSIS) , held at Harvard University on Saturday, September 27, 2025. I was interviewed at the 2025 JSM on music discovery algorithms , which appeared on "JSM TV". I also ended up performing my old standard Valencia Wood , a statistics song parody of the Beatles song "Norwegian Wood."
