Una la domiciliul vicepreședintelui CJ din Bucova, o alta la sediul firmei Fagex coordonată de Ghiorghioni, apartamentul familial din Oțelu Roșu a fost și el în vizorul DNA, și o alta, la Colegiul Bănățean – tot din Oțelu Roșu- loc în care soția dânsului, Rozina Ghiorghioni, este profesor și a fost director mai bine de 10 ani. O altă percheziție se desfășoară la locuința de serviciu a lui Ghiorghioni din Reșița, plus cea din biroul CJ.
