Del resto questo blog è nato nel lontano 2006 per evitare di disperdere tutti i miei appunti di cucina. Ma poi ci ricasco. Non so voi ma io ho questa fissa di annotare le versione 1, la versione 2 ecc... fino ad arrivare alla versione "DEF". Deformazione professionale. Il mio lavoro di Graphic Designer mi porta a classificare così i lavori per avere sotto controllo le varie revisioni. Così naturalmente, questi biscotti potrebbero trasformarsi, nell'arco del tempo, in un bel po' di revisioni. La base mi sembra ottima, ma naturalmente è facile intuire a quante varianti si può arrivare...non vi piacciono le noci? Ok, potete sostituirle con nocciole, anacardi, mandorle, arachid...
