handbuch Startseite About handbuch Feeds: Beiträge Kommentare Evaluation 2009/07/24 von handbuch ist ein Thema, das gerade durch meinen Kopf geistert, weil ich überlege, wie ich mein Schulungsangebot verbessere. Und da wäre ein Feedback von den Geschulten ja hübsch. Wenn ich „einfach nur“ darum bitte, werde ich es nicht kriegen (habe ich es in der Vergangenheit nicht gekriegt), weil zu persönlich, vor allem dann, wenn es um Kritik und/oder Verbesserungsvorschläge geht. Also anonoym. Und so ein kleiner Evaluationsbogen wäre ja auch unter methodischen Gesichtspunkten nicht verkehrt – damit wäre ich mal wieder bei „zählen, wiegen, messen“ angelangt und der Frage, wie ich quantitativ und qualitativ gut unter einen Hut kriege. Und wie die Fragen sinnvoll aussehen, damit es nicht reiner Selbstzweck wird und ich mit dem Evaluationsbogen winken und sagen: „Evaluation – mach ich natürlich auch“ sagen kann, sondern tatsächlich Hinweise kriege, wie die Schulungen anders/bess...
