Μάλιστα προτείνω το σοτάρισμα του Οσομπούκο σε ελαιόλαδο, ώστε να πάρει χρώμα και γεύση από κάθε πλευρά, πριν αυτό μπει να μαγειρευτεί και να συνοδευτεί στην πορεία από επιλεγμένα λαχανικά κι αρωματικά μπαχαρικά. Έτσι, ένα αθώο Ελληνικό Στιφάδο, μπορεί να κολάσει γευστικά με την πολυεπίπεδη, κρυφή νοστιμιά του! Κάποιοι προτιμούν να συνοδεύσουν αυτό το πιάτο με Παπαρδέλες , κάποιοι άλλοι με Πατάτες "Τηγανιτές" στον Φούρνο , Κριθαρότο, Ριζότο, Πολέντα.
