We set trusses from 8 AM until after 4. Now that I’m old enough to be a dad to all of the guys I work with, when I said I’d like to get a crew photo at the end of the day , everybody lined up without a problem. I normally work with a three man crew, but occasionally, we need some extra hands, and since my brother also has a construction company if we need more help, some of his guys will join us.
