Viral dua tiga harini statement twitter berkenaan gaji engineer Rm2600 yg dikatakan underpaid.  For the record, aku sudah bekerja as engineer selama hampir 10 tahun. Mula pada umur 23 tahun di kilang Sheet Metal Forming dengan gaji sebanyak Rm2000. Lepas 2 bulan, bertukar ke kilang pemprosesan tepung dengan gaji Rm2500. 3 bulan kemudian, aku terima tawaran kerja dalam construction dengan gaji Rm1800 serta elaun tapak Rm200. So aku maintain dalam bidang construction (sebab aku tak rasa terkongkong macam dalam kilang) smpai la sekarang (baru sahaja tukar bidang ke highway maintenance). So, since 2011 aku dah bekerja dalam 5 buah syarikat (termasuk yang paling terkini). Dengan perubahan gaji setiap kali tukar syarikat sebanyak 20-30% peningkatan.
