玉楼金阙-经济纪事 玉楼金阙-经济纪事 Wednesday, February 12, 2025 阙上心头-394-有“舍”方有得 阙上心头 -394- 有“舍”方有得 经过工程部长做先锋，做了黑脸，先明示往后不再有免费大道优惠，在聆听市场的激烈反应以后，再由法米出来做白脸，声称大道收费还未定案，结果经内阁讨论以后，迅速以半价优待利惠大家，一场大道该不该收费的辩论终于落幕。很明显的，这又是一场“朝三暮四”的好戏。中间还插播了首相拿督斯里安华的“豪车理论”。 即使自己并没有驾豪车，但个人很不同意安华的理论，恰似画蛇添足。不关那是什么车，车主可是付了路税才可以上路的，如今大道收费，本来就是希盟在执政前两次承诺，一上任就废除大道收费，那时可没有说不包括废除豪车的收费呀。如今是人民觉得希盟值得信赖，所以将一票委托了給他们，怎么一上任还得意洋洋的宣布全年 9 天不收费制度，经过两年赔到心痛，荒腔走调了，反而好像要求大道免收费是人民的错啦？ 不过，笔者向来不觉得佳节免两天收费是什么天大的恩赐，反而觉得这是偏袒的民粹。再者，安华也不必信誓旦旦的要研讨什么最佳机制，那时在浪费时间。笔者之前说过，将心思花在公共交通，才是解决堵塞的最佳方案。何况，问题不在豪华房车，许多 B40 的群众，最多只能养得起一辆摩多，大道收不收费，其实与他没有关系。若真要扯关系，还是要回到大选前希盟政府承诺了什么？以子之矛，攻子之盾，下一届大选，这肯定是敌对党派拿来为难执政党的子弹之一。 今年是木蛇年，蛇栖于深林木，栖得其所，希望即使做不到什么大变化，也可以守成。如果局势不利，必须有所取舍，所谓“有舍 ( 蛇 ) 才有得”，就拿个大道收费半价优惠的个案来说，内阁已经是板上钉钉的事，何必追缠不休？车主换个角度来想想，省 50% 的路钱胜于无呀。再说呢，一旦内阁通过了，为了公平起见，今年的 4 个佳季应该都免不了照办。明后年已经迫近大选了，自然也不大可能忤逆民意。我们这么舍一舍，得到的是三年优待。到了第四年，就让反对党来給他们施压吧 我们做人不要学香港的蛇仔明，一股流氓味，有无理也捉住人家说三道四，占尽便宜。既然政府已经让了一步，我们就该成为“舍”君子，快乐过年，不要再步步逼人。 Posted by 草根牛马 / I C S...
