Un po’ per lavoro, un po’ a causa di alcuni cambiamenti nel comportamento del mio kefir, dovuti a mio avviso al cambio di stagione. Con l’aumento della temperatura i grani devono aver avuto uno sprint digestivo, che ha fatto sì che per un certo periodo il kefir sapesse in modo deciso di succo gastrico (di vomito, in poche parole) e in rete ho letto che può succedere. Soluzioni, secondo kefiranti più esperi, sono: cura ricostituente a base di latte intero fresco, magari di capra; lavare ogni giorno per qualche tempo i grani con acqua dolce (possibilmente di sorgente); cambiare marca di latte.
