Hai Gaon in Alfasi Marginalia זכינו להשלים שתי תשובות ר' האי גאון, ועוד מקורות, שנרשמו בגליון של כתב יד רי"ף. רי"ף כ"י פירוקוביץ' RNL Evr. I 295.1 כ"י קלף בכתיבה ספרדית מרובעת. שרדו מכה"י 58 דפים ממקומות שונים במסכתות ברכות ושבת. מקורו מהגניזה הקהירית, שכן שרד ממנו חלק מדף נוסף, שבת פרקים כא-כב המורכב מקטעים קמברידג' T-S AS 95.250+244 . נוספו לו הגהות רבות בגליונות כתב היד, רובן השלמות מילים או משפטים שהושמטו מנוסח הרי"ף. אך בלפחות שלשה מקומות נמצאות גליונות מורחבות בכתיבה מרובעת נאה, אך קטנה. המצאותם בקצה הדף לא הטיב עמם במשך שנות בילוי כתב היד. הגהות אלו הן תוספות מספרות הגאונים והר"ח. אוסף פיר...
