My mindset is healthier though I still have work to do. I am working physically in myself too. I just weighed in this morning and hit 75lbs lost! I’m so damn proud of myself. All these changes, all of making myself the priority even when I still focus on my loved ones at times I take care of me. I make the effort to protect my space. I’m still slowly do working in my home as I have money, but the next work is me lol. My boobs that is. I’m finally going to see a surgeon to have a reduction and lift.
