These models, for example, were not created with the intricate interactions between HIT hardware, software, information content, and the human-computer interface in mind.             Furthermore, while the majority of these models provide basic direction for researching the high-level features of HIT adoption in a clinical setting, none of them offer a measurement and monitoring infrastructure.
