Not able to draw any from my present surroundings or make any major changes in those surroundings, I did the next best thing. I went out to donate some extra fabric and meet some new and old friends that quilt. Several of them HAND quilt! Some were old acquaintances from years ago, some were recent and most were completely new to me. Every one of them had something to offer. Especially the welcome.
